
What is the Stuffed Animal Race?
We will strategically place five stuffed animals throughout the Beach Lake Trails. We will post a map online with clues to where the stuffed animals are as well as their exact coordinates. Your mission is to follow the clues, find the stuffed animals as fast as you can ski, and snap a photo of you with each stuffed animal. Your time starts starts when you find the first stuffed animal, you decide what order to find them in, and your time ends when you find the last stuffed animal.
How long do I have to complete the race?
You must complete the race sometime between December 13 and December 19. Submissions are due by 4:00pm on December 20.
How do I upload my results?
Simply email the following details to [email protected]:
- Email Subject: Stuffed Animal Race
- First and Last Name
- Completion time (starts at first stuffed animal; ends at last stuffed animal)
- A photo of yourself with each of the five stuffed animals
How and when will the winners be determined?
After the December 20 cutoff, we will review the submissions and determine winners. We will post the results on our website and Facebook page. The winning family will receive a $25 gift card to Jitters.
Stuffed Animal Race Safety Policy
This is a virtual event focused on maintaining social distance and prevention of the spread of COVID-19. Please do not complete this event in large groups. Please give space to people who are already at a stuffed animal. Please limit touching the stuffed animals. Please wear a mask when not able to maintain social distancing.
Participants must abide by the Center for Disease Control (CDC)'s recommendations for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and attest to having read the CDC's guidance at: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html . Participants must also follow local, state and federal regulations regarding preventing the spread of COVID-19.
